SITEMAPS

A sitemap is essentially where there are strings that split out which show you what websites you have gone to. This is known as an XML sitemap. This is essentially a folder which then in it has other folders which describes and lists what websites and what your history is of what you have been on.
WIREFRAMES

A wireframe is commonly used to lay out content and functionality on a page which takes into account user needs and user journeys. It is mostly used in early development stages of a product to get a basic layout before visual designs are take. E.G in a website its a basic page then after visual design it would have effects. Same for a film if you have a raw base copy of the film it will be badly rendered and not as good as the real thing.
