Its a drawing created by hand or digitally showing what something will look like when made  . Used to plan for still images or products . Can be a rough sketch or detailed design  .Normally has annotations explaining features that are not clear

Mostly used by directors as it allows them to think in advance about how they want the narrative of their media product to develop. . Also lets them think through technical and the audio codes might use to create the narrative. . Making a storyboard helps media producers think through the moving image in their minds and then on paper with camera shots angles and transitions all included. . Researching pre production materials  SITEMAPS A sitemap is essentially where there are strings that split out which show you what websites you have gone to. This is known as an XML sitemap. This is essentially a folder which then in it has other folders which describes and lists what websites  and what your history is of what you have been on. WIREFRAMES A wireframe is   commonly  used  to lay out content and functionality on a page which takes into account user needs and user journeys. It is mostly used in early development stages of a product to get a basic layout before visual designs are take. E.G in a website its a basic page then after visual design it would have effects.
